Gilded Labdanum from Sentire, launched in 2025, is a woody oriental for women and men composed by perfumer Nata Dyshliuk.
It centers on labdanum with a gilded glow, wrapped in honey, wax, resins and creamy woods.
The opening blends cumin, immortelle and honey. The spice adds lift and an earthy edge, while the dry, herbal immortelle keeps the honey from turning flat.
The heart brings ylang-ylang, beeswax, May rose and incense. Flowers melt into a waxy softness, with a cool thread of incense smoke running through.
The base settles on benzoin, Tolu balsam, cedar, Mysore sandalwood, vanilla and labdanum. This is the amber, balsamic and sweet core of the scent, rounded by polished woods.
Taken together, the amber, warm spicy, sweet, balsamic, smoky, honeyed and powdery facets trace a cozy arc from spiced brightness to mellow resin.
