The scent plays with opposites: a sharp, fresh opening, a dense floral heart, and a resinous base. It feels shadowy, polished, and surprisingly wearable.
The opening combines black pepper, grapefruit, and basil. That combination is bright and biting: the pepper bites, the grapefruit adds a tart edge, and basil keeps everything green and aromatic.
In the heart, labdanum, magnolia, red rose, and azalea create a lush but not innocent bouquet. The red rose gives the composition a darker romantic pull, while labdanum warms the flowers.
The base leans on benzoin and styrax. Together those balsamic resins leave a soft, slightly smoky trail that lingers close to the skin.
