This perfume is insane. I got it as a sample and didn’t hesitate a second to buy it. On my skin, it lasts two days, stays strong, though sometimes my nose gets used to it and I lose it; don’t worry, everyone else smells it perfectly. Suddenly, bursts hit that remind you it’s there. The opening is super fresh, like water and salt, with the iris hinting at what’s coming. Almost simultaneously, the oud and leather emerge, giving the impression that the opening was a trick. It doesn’t smell like cheap oud or heavy leather; those notes accompany the iris masterfully. Imagine a Dior Homme Parfum but with way more leather and oud presence. In the end, it settles into a sweet tone from the iris and amber, but the vetiver and water bring it down a notch, bursting with freshness alongside the sweetness. It’s an incredibly complex fragrance with so many scents unfolding at once. For me, it’s my signature scent; I had no doubt when I smelled it. 10/10
This is insane. I got it as a sample and bought it instantly. On skin, it lasts two days, stays strong, though sometimes it fades for my nose; don’t worry, others smell it. Almost immediately, the oud and leather kick in, making you feel like the opening was a trick. It doesn’t smell like smelly oud or heavy leather; those notes accompany the iris masterfully. Imagine a Dior Homme Parfum but with more leather and oud in the background. In the end, it keeps a sweet tone, probably from the iris and amber, but the vetiver and water bring it down a notch, bursting with freshness. It’s that classic leather scent found everywhere, but here it’s wrapped in something aquatic, fresh, and salty. You get a clean, powdery touch from the iris, though the synthetic base feels a bit artificial. It doesn’t last all day; it fades quickly, just like they say Kike does. It’s my first try with this brand, so I’ll keep testing. Nabati isn’t bad, but it didn’t excite or surprise me—I expected more after reading so much about it.
I think I’ve never tried anything so strong; the next day on paper, it was the only one noticeable among many, invading the room. As for the scent, while I love leather, I don’t find anything charming in this perfume; maybe it’s too smoky for my taste.
I think I’ve never tried anything this strong; the next day, it was the only one noticeable among many, yet it was invading the whole room. As for the scent, while I love leather, I don’t find anything charming in this perfume. Maybe it’s too smoky for my taste.
On skin, it’s far more complex than it appears on paper: full of facets and opposing nuances. The first spray hits you like a slap of ambroxan, but five minutes in, once it settles, the magic begins. As it dries, it becomes even more layered: starting with a dark marine accord blended with wood and oud, but gradually clean, fresh, talc-like, aromatic, and iris notes emerge. While the marine vibe lingers, it no longer dominates; instead, it becomes part of a balanced, cohesive blend where notes pull in different, even opposite, directions yet harmonize perfectly. It’s dark, yet has elements that give it shine; it’s bold and dense, but also fresh and clean. It’s like a union of parts pulling in opposite directions with just enough force to keep everything anchored in the center. Everything evolves as it dries, letting the iris take center stage before seamlessly integrating into the whole. Without a doubt, this goes way beyond its initial impression.
I get hallucinations from the perfumes people wear; they remind me of Nabati. It’s become so common that with any other scent, I start making associations that have nothing to do with it. But in this case, I’m blown away…
