I bought it because I felt I needed to. It’s the same, or practically the same as an already discontinued Kiehl’s fragrance, Vanilla & Cedar. I don’t find it to be an oriental fragrance as such, it’s not complex or heavy, but rather quite gentle. What stands out most is a fairly natural and fairly dark vanilla, but without being cloying. Completely unisex.
I bought this fragrance recently and I have to say I’m not really into sweet scents, especially when they advertise them as for both sexes haha the thing is I like how it develops, it’s quite subtle, it’s just that its scent reminds me of something but I still don’t know what, anyway I like it and I think it’s one of L’Occitane’s iconic fragrances, it was expensive here in Honduras, around 2,000 lps, two thousand lempiras as they say, but I’m happy with my purchase, the good thing is the bottle is refillable, I can put in another one when I use it up.😏
For years I looked for a clone of neonatura and it’s great, unmatched longevity, great projection. It’s divine, warm, enveloping, to me it brings tremendous calm

The saleswoman tells me it’s the “reformulation” of the old Ambré, which you can’t get anymore, and that they made it again to commemorate L’Occitane’s fortieth anniversary, celebrated in 2016. Powerful opening, amber, slightly sweet, woody and balsamic fragrance. Incredible longevity. It’s better for nighttime and cold weather. Let’s hope they don’t discontinue it again. I truly found a real gem. All L’Occitane en Provence products are excellent quality, although quite expensive. But they’re worth it.

I picked this up because I felt I needed it. It’s equal to, or almost identical to, that Kiehl’s Vanilla & Cedar scent that’s been around forever. It’s not an overpowering oriental, but rather very pleasant. What stands out most is a natural, dark vanilla without being cloying. Totally unisex.
