I remember the perfume girl told my friend and me that only one bottle was left and if we bought it, she’d give us the nearly full tester for free—just missing the cap. We couldn’t resist the deal and even bet a peso to see who’d get the sealed bottle. The scent was quite strong at first, then settled into a leafy, stem-like aroma; it’s pretty concentrated. Looking at the notes now, I probably didn’t understand it back then because it has aldehydes, and I know these types of fragrances need time to develop.
