Dua’s Meteore is ideal for those who love a clean, citrusy scent, like freshly laundered clothes with detergent or fabric softener. In fact, in the summer, I’d spray it on my clothes so that sensation lasts longer in the heat. I think that’s where the perfumer drew their inspiration.
Starts with that feeling of squeezing a tangerine peel to release the oil, then moves to a bitter, spicy note with a sweet aftertaste, finishing like a soft bitter tea where the base remains acidic. It didn’t hit me over the head; it’s a rich, fresh, acidic, and bitter perfume; it sounds ugly but smells amazing. It feels clean and perfect for spring and summer, especially in the morning sun, leaving you fresh and wanting to keep smelling yourself.
