Excellent fragrance with lots of pineapple, good longevity and trail, though it smells 100% masculine on me.
Delicious for pineapple lovers. Good longevity and moderate projection. Recommended.
10/10, incredible. Fruity with a masculine touch due to that ripe fig and sweet pineapple lasting hours. Original, sweet without being cloying. Lasts over 9 hours on skin with a 2-hour trail. Totally recommended if you like these notes.
10/10, beast mode. Fruity but with a masculine vibe thanks to the ripe fig and sweet pineapple that last for hours. Smells original, sweet without being cloying. Lasts over 9 hours on my skin with a 2-hour trail. If you like these notes, it’s a must.
Wild pineapple with an unidentified smoky base; smells super original. Lasts about 8 hours on skin and projects well.
Well, I’m a bit scattered because I just smoked a churro, so my opinion is subjective. Sweet and very fruity, the fig note is very marked and makes it a bit feminine, but don’t worry, it’s unisex because as it dries it becomes more masculine (I sense a slight undeclared leather, what do I say?). If you like tropical scents, you’ll love it; it won’t go crazy on you, nothing new. For me, it works all year; we’ll see how it behaves in the cold, but I calculate it will. Note: I tried Paco Rabanne’s Phantom and yes, they are very similar, seems like a clone or imitation.
I’ll confess I’m a bit high because I smoked a churro a while ago, so my opinion is subjective. Smells sweet and very fruity, with a marked fig giving it a feminine touch, but don’t be scared, it turns masculine as it dries down (I sense an undeclared leather). If you like tropical scents you’ll like it, it’s not crazy or anything new. Works all year, but test it cold. Edit: I tried Paco Rabanne’s Phantom and yes, they’re very similar, seems like a clone.
Too unisex for my taste… the fig note gives it a very marked, mature feminine character.
Wow wow wow. My wife gifted me this fragrance for our sixth anniversary, a tremendous surprise. SHAHEEN GOLD. What a richness of scent. Very marked, juicy, yellow, and exquisite fruity pineapple. Balanced with a green, powdery touch of fig, then bathed in a warm vanilla jacuzzi with the flirtatious sweetness of tonka bean. It hit me twice and was a nostalgia shock; it reminds me of a vanilla I used when I was young, the PI by Givenchy. Warning: it’s not a clone, but the warm, gentlemanly vanilla is very similar. It’s like applying PI over a pineapple salad. It also reminds me of 1 MILLION PRIVÉ by Paco Rabanne that my in-laws keep in Puebla for cold weather. Maybe it’s not the eighth wonder or intends to innovate, but using it is a delight. Excellent for dates, weddings, or special moments. If you like sweet, fruity, vanilla, warm, and spiced fragrances, here’s a gem. SCENT: Beautiful, nostalgic, definitely sweet and sexy. LONGEVITY: 8-9 hours. PROJECTION: 2-3 hours, very good, then a solid bubble. SEASONS: Spring, autumn, and winter. In extreme heat, use it in air-conditioned places.
Rich and fruity aroma, but it doesn’t last even 6 hours. Low projection. Just another generic Arab perfume. Too much hype.
I bought this blind for the pineapple and I love it. Marked opening of pineapple and grapefruit that balances the sweet and the fresh. Note: the opening is strong and feminine, it might remind you of 90s fragrances, so test it first, but it’s very unisex. As soon as the pineapple fades in comes the sensual, powdery fig and the predominant vanilla. Lavender and tonka bean close it off, making it more masculine to my taste. Moderate but potent sillage for the first 2 hours, then it dries down to a short distance but still smells good. Good longevity, 3-4 hours. I see it for cool winter afternoons or evening. I don’t use it in the heat because of the sweet opening and powdery vanilla, which can be invasive. For daytime, I prefer Qaed Al Fursan, which has a fresher pineapple and jasmine.
Bought it blind for the pineapple and I love it. Marked opening of pineapple with grapefruit that balances the sweet and fresh. Note: the opening is strong and feminine, could remind you of 90s fragrances, but it’s unisex. Then comes the sensual powdery fig and dominant vanilla. Lavender and tonka bean close it off masculine, so to my taste it smells more like a man’s scent. Moderate but potent trail for 2 hours, then dries down and fades, but still smells good. Lasts 3-4 hours. I see it for fresh afternoons or night, not in heat due to the sweet opening and powdery vanilla that can be overwhelming. For daytime I prefer Qaed Al Fursan, which has fresher pineapple and jasmine.
Starting with the presentation: as my first Arab perfume, I was surprised by how neat and presentable the bottle and box are for this price. The scent upon application seems very feminine with marked pineapple and vanilla, but seconds later, the bitter touch of grapefruit gives it a masculine character. Pleasant and a good blind buy without regrets. Regular longevity, about 5 hours (my skin doesn’t cooperate much). The first hour and a half projects strongly, then it weakens, but you can still smell it. Usable in any season. Recommended for the price.
I tried this perfume looking for vanilla and pineapple. On my skin, the opening was sweet and elegant, but then it transformed into something strong, acidic, and unbearable, almost like insecticide. In the tester, it was more citrusy, floral, masculine, and attractive. Essences react differently on everyone; components that disappear on some appear intensified on others. It’s not bad, just not for me. For other men who don’t have that reaction, it’s totally recommended. It’s complex for formal outdoor situations where the notes lose intensity. Worth having in your collection.
I tried this perfume thinking about its vanilla and pineapple. The opening was excellent, sweet, aromatic, and elegant. Then it evolved on my skin into something like insecticide: acidic, strong, and unbearable. On test paper it was different, less intense, citrusy, floral, masculine, and attractive. I clarify that essences react differently on each skin; some components disappear and others intensify as in my case. It’s not that the product is bad, it’s just not for me, but for other men where the components don’t externalize like this, it’s totally recommended. It’s complex, for formal and elegant situations, and outdoors its notes drop in a few hours. Due to its complexity, it can stay in the collection without issues.
Luxurious packaging typical of this Arab house. Incredible value for money, but watch out: I paid 20€ for a 95% bottle, so keep that in mind. It opens with a juicy, synthetic pineapple (yellowish-green fig tone). Then the sweetness fades to reveal aromatic, powdery notes. I’m not sure what the vanilla does, maybe to add creaminess to the lavender. I don’t detect tonka bean. Longevity is 5-6 hours; the first hour projects well, then it becomes a personal bubble. Perfect for everyday wear in spring and autumn. Pineapple, fig, and a creamy, non-offensive base. Great for casual indoor use. If you find it cheap and like the blend, it’s a definite yes.
Luxurious packaging typical of the Arab house and beast mode value for money (I paid 20€ for 95%, watch out for that). Opens with juicy synthetic pineapple and a yellowish-green tone (fig). Then the sweetness hides and a powdery side emerges. I’m not sure what the vanilla does, maybe to add creaminess to the lavender. Can’t smell the tonka bean. Performance is 5-6 hours, strong trail for the first hour then just a personal bubble. Ideal for spring/fall indoors, doesn’t bother anyone. If you catch it cheap and like pineapple + aromatic + vanilla, it’s a yes.
100% clone of Paco Rabanne’s Phantom. Moderate longevity and sillage, lasting about 8 hours on my skin. Smells great and gets tons of compliments. Perfect for hot weather.
Does this remind you of Fico di Amalfi? Does anyone else notice that?
Anyone who says this is a dupe for Paco Rabanne’s Phantom hasn’t smelled both to compare. Phantom is lemon, smoky lavender, and vanilla in its phases; Shaheen Gold is pineapple, grapefruit, and fig over lavender with creamy vanilla. They share citrus (pineapple/grapefruit vs. lemon), lavender, and vanilla, but as it dries, Shaheen Gold turns fruity and sweet due to the fig, while Phantom stays acidic, earthy, and smoky.
If you like citrus with vanilla, this is your fragrance. Very versatile and suitable for everything thanks to the vanilla-citrus combo, ideal for warm climates. For $30, it’s good, but if you don’t like sweets, it might be too cloying for you.
The first time, it didn’t convince me at all; it took weeks to grow on me. I have a love-hate relationship with the initial dislike, but now I like it. It doesn’t obsess me, but I wear it with confidence and have received many compliments. Someone even seriously asked if I was wearing JPG, and I nodded. It starts with a warm citrus grapefruit and evolves into vanilla. Very versatile, works in winter and summer. Excellent price, and I find it unisex (a bit disappointing, as I expected something more seductively masculine). Great for the collection.
It opens with pineapple, which isn’t pleasant at first, but improves as it dries down. It feels like a standard pineapple, nothing extraordinary. Performance is decent for the price: longevity and projection meet expectations.
Lattafa’s Shaheen Gold is peculiar: it seems weird at first, but over time you get hooked. Pineapple, grapefruit, and fig (it reminds me of a fig jam I once tried) with fresh pineapple notes. The vanilla provides a base but doesn’t dominate. It’s original; it doesn’t smell like Phantom or anything else.
Honestly, I didn’t like it much. The opening and dry-down bother me; it’s strong and heavy, more suited for summer. I think it’s better for fresh autumn and spring. The fig blends heavily with vanilla and patchouli; the citrus comes out slowly and softly. It balances around 1.5 hours. Good longevity (8h) but weak projection. In Chile, 100ml costs 24,000 CLP (about $26 USD).
An incredibly rich perfume, highly recommended. Notes of pineapple, lavender, fig, and vanilla; it smells super tropical.
Masculine, fruity, and fresh. Smells like a clean, serious man. I see it as perfect for the office in spring, summer, or warm autumn. Very delicious.
Excellent scent, unique and not overpowering. The price can be high sometimes, but it’s worth it for the longevity (6-8h+), sillage, and notes. 10/10 😀
Very elegant, perfect for events or work—it’s professional, not sexy. A bit heavy with brutal projection and a strong sillage; sometimes it even reaches my palate. Sweet and woody with citrus, clean and potent to the point of being dizzying. Best for night or cold weather.
