To me, this classic is indescribable and enchanting. It’s very feminine with a slight masculine touch, probably due to the vetiver. Upon application, the citrus notes with a hint of lavender give way to sandalwood and vetiver, captivating my senses. Then emerge patchouli (with a sweet touch), vanilla, geranium, rose, and orange blossom in the dry down. Classics are my favorites for that glamour and complexity; they make me surrender. It’s aimed at an elegant, feminine woman with a strong character and overwhelming personality. Today it’s hard to find this beauty, perhaps discontinued, but its sillage and longevity are excellent for autumn/winter and evenings. Rating 9/10
The most sensual elegance in a bottle, a distinguished fragrance that turns to powder on the skin. Its longevity is magnificent and enveloping, lasting for hours on clothes and skin, even after washing the garment; it just lingers. I adore and revere it for being a classic that refuses to fade.
