This fragrance proves that if you don’t have the drive to do something right, you shouldn’t do it at all.

Half-baked experience: the opening is aggressive and even unpleasant, but it calms down and improves as it dries. I almost agree with those who say it smells like trash in the sun; if you don’t know where it’s going, you might get a real shock. I bought it thinking it was a Mustage with better longevity, and yes, they’re similar, but Mustage is more elegant. At least Rifaaqat lasts an hour longer, though that harsh opening lingers in your memory. I like the DNA, but I won’t be buying it again. If I trust the brand, it’ll be the one inspired by Babycat, which is an absolute bomb.

This fragrance is the pure definition of: ‘If they didn’t want to do something better, they wouldn’t have done anything at all’

It takes a few turns to settle in, but I give it time: the opening is strong and even a bit annoying, though it dries down beautifully. Just be careful in the sun, as it can turn into something garbage-like, so if you don’t know where it’s going, you might get a shock. I bought it expecting it to be just as good as Mustage but with better longevity; they do resemble each other, but Mustage wins on elegance. At least Rifaqaat lasts a couple of hours longer, though that initial scent lingers and makes you glance sideways; I like the DNA, but I wouldn’t buy it again. If I’m going to trust this brand, it’ll be the other one that shines in Babycat—that’s a beast of a perfume.

It literally smells like kitchen sink juice mixed with old yerba mate and orange peels. No perfume has ever caused me such repulsion. Luckily, I was able to sell it quickly and get this nail out of my eye.

The best Tuxedo dupe, and it lasts just as long as the original.

A hidden gem. The opening is spicy and aromatic oriental, packed with cedar and benzoin, followed by a brief but balanced citrus touch. The dry down is fantastic: masculine, with a sweet leather or tobacco accord. It has good projection without being a beast, which is just right. The price is unbeatable, just like the design. If Dior Homme 2025 had launched this, I’d buy it blind for what it’s worth. I recommend it without hesitation. Ideal for men over 35.

Another great creation from Paris Corner: YSL’s Tuxedo at an unbeatable price. Quality-to-price ratio is a solid 10/10. Totally recommended if you’re into that vibe.
