It opens with rhubarb, orange and pink pepper, moves into osmanthus, strawberry jam and peach, then settles on sandalwood, musk and choux pastry.
The opening is crisp and juicy. Rhubarb brings tart green snap, orange adds bright juice, and pink pepper gives a light sparkling lift without turning sharp.
