The middle notes are a delight, balsamic and warm. The longevity isn’t the best, but for 10 euros, what more could you ask for? The base reminds me of the tatami mat where my brothers practiced martial arts, so it’s not a total hit. Still, I’ll use it for everyday wear.
The heart notes are a delight—balsamic and warm. The longevity isn’t the best, but for 10 euros, what more can you ask for? The base reminds me of the tatami mat where my brothers practiced martial arts, so it’s not a total hit. Still, I’ll keep it for everyday wear.
It’s a really nice perfume. On my skin, it feels powdery and sweet at times, reminding me of flan caramel attenuated by cedar and some powdery notes, even though they aren’t listed. The strawberry note comes through in warm weather; above 20°C, it doesn’t work for me because I don’t like fruity scents. Highly recommended when it’s cold.
For a Zara perfume, it’s not bad. It’s quite flat but pleasant, discreet, and easy to wear. It smells powdery with a hint of sweetness; I don’t think it has much sillage and fades quickly. I don’t detect any strawberry notes at all.
Not bad for a Zara fragrance; quite flat but pleasant, discreet, and easy to use. A powdery and slightly sweet scent; I don’t think it has sillage and longevity is short. I don’t detect any strawberry note at all.
In its 2018 version, it’s fantastic; it smells like nothing else on the market. Personally, it smells like some kind of sunscreen to me. Short longevity, maybe two or three hours, but for 10 euros…
In its 2018 version, it’s a total hit—it smells completely different from everything else. To me, it reminds me of some sunscreen. Not the best longevity, maybe two or three hours, but for 10 euros…
This perfume has gotten me so many compliments. In the store, I wasn’t immediately taken by it, but I couldn’t stop smelling it and found it addictive, even if I didn’t know what it smelled like. Someone mentioned it smells like sunscreen, which might be it, but it’s a sexy scent and Zara describes it as enveloping, and it delivers. Every time I wear it, people tell me I smell amazing and that I’m filling the room. I love wearing it with sweaters and scarves; it’s so cozy. Notes of vanilla, almond, and talc—I definitely sense that. I have the 2018 version in the square purple bottle with gold on the pump. It’s divine.
This has earned me many compliments. In the store, it didn’t appeal to me much, but I kept smelling it and found it addictive, even if I couldn’t decipher what. Someone said it smells like sunscreen, which might be true, but it’s a sexy perfume and the Zara website describes it as enveloping, which it is. Every time I wear it, people immediately tell me I smell good and I fill the room. I enjoy it a lot with sweaters and scarves; it’s truly cozy. Vanilla, almond-y, powdery, it has elements of all that. I have the 2018 version in the square purple bottle with gold on the pump. It’s divine.
Super soft liquid cream. I smell toasted almonds and hazelnuts; it subtly recalls the warmth of Hypnotic Poison, but at a price that doesn’t hurt. The 2018 version has a different bottle—I’m not sure if the notes changed too.
Super creamy. I sense almonds or warm hazelnuts; it subtly reminds me of the cozy feeling of Hypnotic Poison at a wallet-friendly price. The 2018 version has a different bottle; I don’t know if the notes have changed.
I bought it blind based on recommendations (no testers at Zara). I didn’t like it at all; it smells very powdery for my taste, even though I love that family. It’s overwhelming and gave me a headache due to the intensity. It’s not for me; it doesn’t smell bad, it’s just too strong for my chemistry.
Bought it blindly based on good reviews (no testers at the Zara where I went). Didn’t like it at all; smells very powdery. Even though I love powdery perfumes, not this one. It’s overwhelming and gave me a headache because it’s so strong. Not for me—it doesn’t smell bad, just way too strong for my taste. One of the few that just doesn’t work with my skin.
This one actually lasts. It’s super creamy to the point where it can feel heavy. I read it was similar to Hypnotic Poison, but there’s nothing alike, at least from what I smell. It has one aspect that attracts me and another that repels me. Still, I’ve received good comments when I wear it.
The opening has a milky note that really grates on me, like it doesn’t belong there. Curiously, I don’t see it listed in the olfactory pyramid. The base is vanilla, but that’s about it. The evolution is very flat, though it might appeal to those who appreciate powdery perfumes. Longevity is very scarce.
The opening has a milky note that clashes with me; it feels like it doesn’t fit at all. Strangely, I don’t see it listed in the olfactory pyramid. The base is indeed vanilla, but nothing else. The evolution is very flat, though it might appeal to those who appreciate powdery scents. The longevity is extremely short.
Soft, creamy, and vanilla-scented, but with a note I couldn’t identify that bothered me the whole time, kind of like play-doh. Plus, it’s extremely weak in longevity (max 2 hours) and has zero sillage. It doesn’t resemble either Zara Femme or Hypnotic Poison. It came in a set and left my collection without making a lasting impression.
I have the 2019 version and it’s a beast: intense, great sillage, and lasts all day. It works well for me, but someone told me it smelled like marijuana to them, which sounds intrusive.
Zara’s Nuit is for a woman with a strong personality: creamy, dark, and imposing. It lasts quite a while on my skin, even though many complain that Zara perfumes don’t last. It’s not a fragrance to buy blind because it’s not for everyone; it has a milky base note that I adore and becomes rich close to the skin. The sillage is strong for the first hour, then moderates to that close-to-skin phase that I love so much. Very good for night dinners, bars, clubs, or any night out with alcohol, as long as you don’t go overboard. Best for winter or autumn, for young or adult women; I don’t see it for teenagers.
Excellent perfume, great price-to-quality ratio. It has a penetrating, amber, and powdery scent. It’s wonderful.
Intense, sensual, and dark fragrance. Long-lasting with strong projection. Stays intact for 4-5 hours, then sits close to the skin, though it lingers longer on clothes. Evokes character and personality, suitable for around 30 years and up. Don’t overuse it; apply moderately. I absolutely love it—it’s woody and creamy, and I’ve received many compliments because it leaves more of a trail than I even perceive.
I love it. It’s so creamy it reminds me of Neutrogena’s concentrated hand cream (and for me, that’s a good thing).
Could that heavy note I feel be the amber? Or the sandalwood? Or the blend? Based on previous reviews, it seems so. I bought it because it’s similar to Dior’s, but I haven’t been able to connect with it. I sprayed it once and, of course, it’s sweet, strong, and warm… but after a while, every time I moved my arm, there were bursts of penetrating, resinous balsamic sweetness. It gave me a headache, and I confirmed it was from the scent. Heavy and persistent stay; I washed the area, but I still felt the aroma close to my skin… ugh. I was surprised—I love strong fragrances… but that note just wasn’t for me, at least not yet. I’ll keep trying, though, for open-air occasions. Luckily, I didn’t let it get to me, so I went with the small 30ml size.
Is the amber that thick note I’m sensing? Maybe palo santo? Based on previous reviews, it seems so. I bought it because it looked like the Dior one, but I haven’t been able to connect with it. It’s sweet, strong, and warm, but over time, balsamic and resinous bursts emerge that gave me a headache. Heavy and persistent sillage; I washed the area, but it still smelled on my skin and clothes. I was surprised—I love strong fragrances, but that note wasn’t for me for now. I’ll keep trying in open spaces. Luckily, I didn’t give in and grabbed the small 30 mL format.
Smells like baby powder; the vanilla is very synthetic, like aromatherapy potpourri oils, and I didn’t like it. I bought it blind expecting something more robust.
I bought it blind in roll-on form and was surprised: soft, sweet, but not overpowering, very pleasant. Maybe because I’m an amber fan, I detect it quite a bit. Ideal for everyday wear with low sillage and projection. I’ll definitely buy it again.
Interesting, deep, and wearable despite being a ‘Nuit’. On my skin, sandalwood takes the lead. It’s the perfect Zara perfume for the evening; the name fits perfectly.
Although I’m not usually a fan of sweet perfumes, this one has won me over. The amber and vanilla are well-balanced, leaving a creamy and exquisite sensation on the skin. The only downside is that it doesn’t last very long.
Peach, iris, and valley lily over a soft amber base. Smells fruity with powdery touches. 9.5/10, very pleasant with medium longevity.
