  • The opening is exquisite, but I’m disappointed that on my skin it doesn’t last, lacks sillage, and has poor longevity. It’s a very fresh perfume. I’d rate it 2.5 out of 5. It was a bit of a letdown, though the scent is pleasant. It’s a pity the marine notes fade so quickly. I wouldn’t recommend it for building a collection. It’s great for post-shower freshness.

The opening is exquisite, but I’m disappointed that on my skin it doesn’t last, lacks sillage, or has longevity. A very fresh fragrance. I’d rate it 2.5 out of 5. It disappointed me a bit, though the scent is pleasant. Pity that the marine notes fade quickly. I wouldn’t recommend it to start a collection. It’s good for after a shower to stay fresh.

  • ShiseidoTactics

It’s almost a copy of Nautica Voyager, maybe slightly less aquatic. I still like it, but… is it practical to own both if they’re so similar? It doesn’t seem to last long; out of all the ones I tested today, this one lost its projection the fastest, measured at the same time as the others.

  • DavidLalique

It smells almost the same but isn’t exactly identical. I own both, and if you put one on each wrist—the Voyager and the N-83—they don’t smell the same at first, but after a while they follow the same pattern. EDT for daily use in hot or moderate climates. Didn’t you like it in the end?

  • It’s very similar to the Nautica Voyage we know, but saltier. Its longevity is a bit shorter. I love the opening, but between this and the original, I prefer the Voyage for being more aquatic. The N-83 is a good option thanks to its low price of $17.

  • As others say, it smells very similar to Voyage. I’ve tested both, and the N-83 has less projection, becoming more intimate, which I like. It suits many tastes and stands out in warm climates by providing freshness.

  • It’s like a Nautica Voyage but with a creamy finish, like body lotion. Very clean and fresh for daytime; lasts long if you apply a few sprays, that’s how it works.

  • Jorge Torres

It’s a creamy and very clean fragrance that makes you feel neat. In my experience, I’ve received compliments saying I smell fresh, literally people have told me I smell like I just took a bath. Obviously, it doesn’t last long if you use few sprays, but if you apply the right amount, it lasts about six hours.

I bought it by mistake; I had the Voyage Classic and this one, but when I saw the box, I liked the map and didn’t notice they were different. It took me a while to realize. For my nose, the N 83 is softer and more intimate. Personally, I like it a bit more than the classic, though both are 100% recommended.

Clean, neat, proper, hygienic, and masculine. Smells like you just got out of the shower. Ideal for summer or the office. That said, nothing particularly new or original here. Excellent price, recommended if you don’t want to invest in expensive perfumes.

  • Very rich, clean, and above all fresh. Great for hot days, with moderate projection and very long-lasting. Recommended for daily use; if you go to the gym, you’ll feel super fresh and smell amazing.

  • It’s a good fresh scent, but it doesn’t last at all, nada. It seems like it’s from Zara, those that don’t last even 45 minutes.

  • I don’t know why it doesn’t last long for others, but I tried it today. It comes out citrusy and marine, like seawater, with low projection at first. As it dries down, it smells clean and rich, probably due to the lavender, with hints of mint and salt. It’s not a beast mode, but it throws good bursts between 30 minutes and 3 hours. At 11:25 PM, after showering, I could still smell it right on the skin. Excellent price, generates compliments, and everyone likes it. Ideal for heat, the office, the gym, or a date. Maybe I’d only swap it for Nautica Voyage Classic or Antonio Banderas Blue Seduction. Duration: 9/10, Projection: 7/10, Scent: 8.5/10, Value: 9/10. Batch 2014.

  • The scent is very pleasant, a real delight. Pity it doesn’t last more than four hours; if its longevity and projection were a bit stronger, they would create an incredible personal aura. With higher-quality ingredients, it would be a gem, but you can’t expect much from an affordable fragrance. It delivers and is worth it.

I got this as a gift in winter, and when I used it, I felt weird, thinking it wasn’t good. Months passed, the weather changed, and when I tried it on a hot day, I realized it’s extremely good; it smells like the beach and refreshes you. I recommend it for anyone living in heat, and it’s an excellent gift due to its low price.

As a woman, I love smelling this on a man, especially in summer. It’s clean, fresh, and neat without being overpowering. Given the price and quality, it’s worth it; it’s perfect for everyday wear, and I’ve given it to my dad a million times over.

As a woman, I love smelling this fragrance on a man, especially in summer and hot days. It’s clean, fresh, and neat—it doesn’t overwhelm anyone and is worth the price. Perfect for daily wear; I’ve given it to my father a million times.

  • Bought it eight months ago and it didn’t quite take to me at first. I used it all summer and then put it away in the cold. A few days later, I tried it on my hand and noticed that, thanks to maceration, the scent had softened and turned sweet, leaving behind that initial salty edge. Now it’s a 10 for me.

  • The cardamom and nutmeg in the heart notes give this Voyage flanker more presence, making it suitable for slightly more formal events; I’m not saying it’s strictly formal, but it can be worn at casual events like a dinner with friends or a beach meeting. Personally, it’s the version I’ve liked most within the Nautica Voyage line, though I still haven’t tried the Midnight version.

  • JavierSantana

In my opinion, this perfume in the air feels like Creed Aventus; I don’t know why.

  • SuperMegaUltraPro

It’s started to mellow a bit; at first, like most perfumes, the composition never felt quite right, but now, after a few weeks, the notes are starting to balance out. It seems very fresh and marine, feeling cool. I love that neutral minty touch; the lavender gives it a clean vibe, and that accord of mint, lavender, and marine notes is fabulous, making it feel crisp and very clean. The nutmeg suits it well too; it smells very fresh but doesn’t add sweetness or too much spice like other perfumes. This is very well-made; I don’t think there’s anyone who wouldn’t like it. It’s not an overpowering scent and doesn’t smell cheap, yet it performs quite well.

  • I loved it, much better than the classic Voyage. I’d buy it again without hesitation. It can be worn every day of the year; I’ve received compliments for this scent.

  • Excellent perfume. Unfortunately, it has short longevity. It’s a fantastic combination. Its marine opening isn’t as subtle as in other blue fragrances; this one is more mineral and floral. In its dry down, it has a gentlemanly, cheerful, soft, musky scent, even a bit powdery—the signature of Voyage, but with an abundance of lavender, very rich and natural, plus a subtle, refreshing mint along with petit grain and cardamomo notes. A strong scent and the sweetness of lavender are its hallmarks, paired with a musky base and a touch of cedar. Along with the sweetness of sandalwood, they create a magnificent fragrance. I don’t see it as a daily wear; it’s casual and informal. Its only flaw is longevity, maxing out at 2 hours, then fading to skin scent for another 4 hours; it lasts a bit longer on clothes with good trail. I recommend it more for summer climates, indoor spaces, gatherings, and outdoor events with airflow but not intense heat. Use it without guilt; its composition is excellent and very original.

  • I loved it, much better than the classic Voyage. I’d buy it again without hesitation. I wear it every day of the year and have received so many compliments on this scent.

  • This perfume is perfect for hot days like the ones coming up, just like the classic Voyage. It’s the best of Nautica… highly recommended! That said, it does smell somewhat similar to Hugo Boss Bottled Infinite.

  • Cadena2901

It’s a masculine fragrance that smells great. I wore it one day, and the next day the scent lingered on my car’s seatbelt, smelling absolutely delicious. I recommend it for hot days.

  • Not recommended: it smells like sweet mint, almost like toothpaste. Poor longevity and projection. The classic Voyage is much better.

  • First impressions: I’ll update this review in a few weeks once it settles and oxidizes. It’s autumn and a bit chilly, which isn’t ideal for this scent. The opening is spicy mint with a lavender base—a pleasant summer touch, but nothing revolutionary. The issue is that its evolution is just the same aroma fading without changing, unlike the original Voyage, which actually evolved. The good news is it doesn’t smell bad and it’s affordable, yet it doesn’t smell cheap. It smells very similar to Kaiak Ultra, which I prefer. We’ll see how it performs and how it ages in the spring.

  • AxelELQHueleRico

I’ve finished my first bottle and I must say it smells great; projection and longevity are low-to-medium, but for the price, it’s a good perfume.

  • If you know Nautica Voyage, you know it’s a steal. Fresh, clean, and cheap. When N-83 comes out promising the same spirit with a different twist, it’s normal to be skeptical. The base holds: it still smells like the sea, a breeze, and a nice guy in flip-flops. But you can tell they stretched the gum on the original. The sea notes fade faster, the mint comes out a bit forced and slightly synthetic. It’s not annoying, but it doesn’t captivate either. The best part is that it’s ideal for heat, doesn’t project much, and is perfect for tossing in your backpack to reapply without worry. It costs a bit more than Voyage, which seems cruel, but it’s still reasonable if you like the style and want something different without risking your paycheck. It’s not the best flanker, but it’s not an olfactory crime either. It’s the type of perfume you buy to try and ends up living in the car, doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.

I own almost all the Nauticas available online, and I have to say this is the WORST. If you want your first Nautica, go straight for Voyage. N83 smells okay… but very synthetic, with terrible longevity of about 30 minutes. It feels like it’s going nowhere, with a medium sticky, synthetic, and muted scent. The listed notes are a joke; you can’t even detect the mint or lavender. Luckily it’s cheap ($20-30 USD), so I ended up gifting it. If you decide to buy it, keep in mind it’s for younger audiences (15 to 25 years), informal settings like playing soccer, and best for warm climates.

  • I love it more than the ‘niche-killer’; it lasts less but smells better. Without that annoying cucumber note, it actually has apple, aquatic notes, and green mint, which is great for the price.

  • A ‘meh’. It’s just a lighter version of Nautica Voyage. If you have the original, it’s not worth it. And if you don’t, go for the original before this one.

  • It came on promotion with two other Nautica perfumes. In my opinion, it’s good, but between this and the original Voyage, I stick with the original. This one smells okay but is very weak, projects nothing, and lasts about an hour. Good only for working out or staying at home.

  • Jorge Fonseca

Veritas recommended it and wasn’t wrong. It’s the necessary twist, a niche-killer just like the original Voyage but with a spicier, more present dry down. It shares the original’s flaws: if you’re looking for something longer-lasting, it’s not for you. But if you want to smell good without smelling exactly like your office mates, it is. Mentholated and salty opening, drying down to sweet and woody.

  • Wow, Voyage is great, but this N-83 smells more like a clean, elegant guy. I wish it lasted longer and had a better trail; it’s like the pretty girl who only plays around and never gets to third base. Total surprise: despite the short lifespan, I’d buy it again. Scent 10/10, Longevity 6/10, Projection 5/10.

  • Just got it from Juleriaque for about 20k pesos, and honestly, I don’t recommend it. It smells more like a ‘refined’ insect repellent than a perfume: a flat scent with almost zero longevity and projection. Only worth it if you like smelling like OFF.
