Musk + > Marine by Avon

Been looking for this fragrance for a while, does anyone know what it smells like? I have such beautiful memories with it.

A fresh herbal fragrance. Opens citrusy, mentholated, with hints of ginger and musk. That mix gives intense freshness and a light aromatic sweetness. The floral notes are barely noticeable, just a touch of lavender, and the woody notes don’t stand out either. It feels linear, fresh, and slightly sweet all the time. On my skin, it lasts about 5 hours if I use 18-20 sprays on skin and 4 on clothes. It projects well for the first hour, from a meter away. After two hours, it drops to 20 cm but the sillage remains. From the third hour on, it’s just a personal bubble; the sillage fades and sometimes by the fourth hour I can’t even smell it, only catching whiffs when I move. On clothes, it lasts over 24 hours. You have to be generous, but for the price, it’s great: affordable and good (30-35 soles or 7-8 dollars). Super recommended. Ideal for summer, beach, spring, or fall; in winter it’s refreshing but not its season. Very versatile, from an 18-year-old guy to a 50-year-old adult can wear it. Perfect as a signature scent, post-shower, or for casual outings: studying, hanging out with friends, shopping, or walking on hot days. Just need to reapply, but it’s worth it. A real gem from Avon.

For 6 dollars, it’s excellent. Good for the heat, ideal after a shower. Since it doesn’t last long, it’s perfect as a base to layer another perfume over.

I find it a pleasant aroma, but its longevity is scarce, about 3 hours, and the intensity is low, few people notice it. It’s very fresh, gives a youthful vibe, ideal for the gym or casual use, nothing formal. Its accessible price explains why the scent is simple.

Very good fragrance for the cost (5-7 dollars). Fresh and clean. I tried Kaiak Classic, it’s very similar to this Avon Musk Marine, though the latter is a bit better in performance and cheaper. However, neither really stands out.

The opening is super clean; without even reading the notes, I suspected lavender and citrus, and I was confirmed right here. Plus, the scent feels great. Projection is solid for the first hour. Just like another reviewer said, I see it as ideal for post-shower, hot weather, or heading to the gym. Still available in Argentina’s catalog.

For the price, this is a beast. I love it and it lasts about 6 hours without any issues. It’s a shame I think they’ve discontinued it, because at that cost, it smells and performs like luxury.

It’s a very good fragrance. I bought it and it reminds me of the classic Polo Sport, just less intense. Longevity is decent, and for the price, it’s a great option. Smells fresh and clean with a powdery touch. I recommend it if you’re staying in or heading to an informal meeting.

I didn’t expect much for the price, but I liked it. Fresh scent, clean smell, slightly powdery. It reminded me a bit of Natura’s Kaiak Aero, though Natura’s is more potent. Still, it’s a great cologne, perfect after a shower or for the gym. Menthol and lavender, very masculine.
