  1. Mr. Baskerville

Smells like vacation from the very first spray. I tried it looking for something floral, but I liked this proposal more than Mon Paris: the peach opening is perfectly dosed and serves as a perfect bridge. I don’t notice a strong rose, but rather a floral blend with a soft ‘fruit honey’ sweetness—not sugar. It has a romantic touch ideal for spring or summer, although its projection is contained, so it’s not for parties. The longevity is limited, but it’s youthful, unpretentious, and perfect for the day; elegant without losing simplicity, very versatile with clothes. The price is acceptable, although there are better options; without a doubt, it’s worth a try.

  2. I love it, it’s different and pleasant for hot days. It makes me feel delicate and fresh. At first, it smells like apricot, then all the flowers settle in.

  3. I really like it; it’s different but pleasant for hot days. It makes me feel perfumed, delicate, and fresh. At first, it smells like nectarine, then all the flowers settle in.

Opens with a warm fruity note, like ripe peach; I didn’t find it sweet or excessively citrusy, it’s very well balanced. After 5 minutes, the flowers settle with the peach and a light sweetness appears. The scent is changing, as if dancing between that warm initial fruit and the sweet flowers afterward. It’s very elegant and has a note I can’t distinguish but gives it a carnal touch that’s hard to explain. Very well made and definitely, I’ve never heard anything like this. I loved it.

To begin with, there are two fragrances in my mind that I don’t like: florals and citrus, so you can imagine what I thought when they told me it was floral… NOO. But what a surprise I got: this doesn’t smell floral, not even though the heart is pure flowers. THIS IS NOT FLORAL, it’s fruity and softly sweet, a tender, very feminine fragrance, which is what I would have expected from Mon Paris EDT. In fact, I’d dare to say they have attributes opposite to what’s declared: the floral is fruity and the fruity is floral. I’m grateful that the rose isn’t felt; if there is a note that causes me conflict, it’s the rose, because either it smells like an old lady or soap, which I hate. I’ve been smelling my wrist the whole time and after six hours I can barely perceive the scent. I haven’t managed to find a perfume that gives me the vigorous, youthful, and delicate sensation that Modern Princess by Lanvin provokes in me, but it’s quite close.

I’m grateful that the rose isn’t noticeable, because if it is, it smells like an old lady or soap, which I hate. I’ve been smelling my wrist and after 6 hours, it’s almost gone. I haven’t found anything that gives that vigorous, youthful, and delicate sensation like Lanvin’s Modern Princess, but it’s quite close.

I got this through an exchange, and even though I already tried the classic version which felt too strong on the patchouli, here the earthy note sits in the background, blended with a soft peach that balances everything perfectly. It smells clean, fresh, and soapy-floral; the citrus notes, which I usually avoid, are barely noticeable. It’s super romantic, harmonious, and elegant. Maybe it’s that raspberry note I adore (and not the patchouli) that’s making me start to appreciate the original. It feels much less tiring than the other one and has its own body, nothing like a watery version. It’s a beautiful perfume, tender yet elegant, fresh, sweet, with a subtle kick I can’t quite identify, like pink pepper. The scent lingers on clothes for days. Very current, youthful, modern, super feminine but informal within its elegance.

I love it. It comes out fruity but fresh, not sweet at all! The dry-down is divine! On my skin, it leaves a sweet musk so pleasant that every time I move, I can still smell it all day. It lasts forever; it doesn’t have much projection, but I don’t mind, it smells delicious. I wear it just in the morning before work and again in the afternoon when I get home, and I can still smell it.

I love it, it comes out fruity and fresh, nothing too sweet. But the dry down is another level: on my skin it becomes a sweet musk so pleasant that every time I move, I feel it all day. It lasts a long time, it doesn’t have much projection but I don’t care, it smells delicious. I use it only in the morning before work and in the afternoon when I get home, and I still smell it.

Mon Paris Floral is a Floral-Chypre, but I’d say it’s more of a Floral-Fruity; the apricot scent is very marked, just like the patchouli. I don’t feel the white flowers as potent. It’s the complete opposite of the EDP, where red fruits predominate. It has very good longevity.
