A delicious perfume featuring white flowers, narcissus, and jasmine over a sweet base. As an extrait de parfum, I find it a bit light. It resembles Tom Ford’s Jasmin Rouge or Frédéric Malle’s Carnal Flower, but much softer—it’s like their daytime, summer version. It has a more soapy touch: where Malle uses coconut and Ford uses woods, Dusita relies heavily on musk, which dries down to smell like soapy jasmine. The flowers are clean, with no dirty or animalic jasmine notes. Longevity is good, though the sillage is discreet. Since it’s floral, I see it as unisex, although men who aren’t fans of florals might not like it. The scent quality is high, but I wouldn’t buy it myself because I’m a Carnal Flower fan and would just stick with that. I’d recommend it if Malle’s jasmine feels too sweet or intense for you. Perfect for daytime, elegant outfits, and any season. Versatile but classic and not very original. Scent: 7.5, Longevity: 8, Sillage: 6, Originality: 5, Value: 5, Overall: 7.5
A rich perfume centered on white flowers—narcissus and jasmine—over a sweet base. As an extrait de parfum, I find it quite light. It feels like the daytime, summer sibling of Tom Ford’s Jasmin Rouge or Frédéric Malle’s Carnal Flower, but softer and with a soapy edge. While Malle uses coconut and Ford uses woods, Dusita leans heavily on musk, which gives a soapy jasmine vibe as it dries down. Its white flowers are clean, avoiding the dirty, animalic jasmine notes often found in others. Longevity is good, though the sillage is discreet. Being floral, I see it as totally unisex, though men who can’t handle florals might not be fans. The quality is high, but I wouldn’t buy it myself since I’m a Carnal Flower devotee and would just stick with that scent. I’d recommend it if Malle’s jasmine feels too sweet or intense to you. Great for daily wear at elegant events or any season. Versatile but classic and not very original. Scent: 7.5, Longevity: 8, Sillage: 6, Originality: 5, Value: 5, Overall: 7.5
I absolutely love jasmine—it brings me back to my great love in Málaga. I adore the scent, but not on my own skin, because on me it tends to turn sour. While it’s not the fresh jasmine opening I was looking for, I admit it has won me over: it’s a delicious, narcotic jasmine. You can definitely smell the honey without it being cloying. If you like florals, especially white ones, this addictive and well-made perfume will surely be your thing. Ideal for spring and summer; I wouldn’t call it masculine even though it’s marketed as unisex. Longevity is about 6 hours, projection around 1.5 meters. If I had a sister or my mother, I’d gift this to them so they can wear it often, but it just doesn’t represent me.
