Smells like Vaseline Gal mixed with almonds. Very nice.
It smells like Vaseline Gal mixed with almonds. Very nice.
I’ve worn it for two years and absolutely love it, using it on rainy days, but what bad luck to discover it gives me an allergy. As soon as I put it on, my neck turns red and stings—something that never happened to me with lotions or other perfumes. I suppose that’s why the brand stopped distributing it. What a shame because it’s a really great perfume.
I’ve been wearing this for two years and absolutely love it—I usually save it for rainy days. What a shame, though, that I recently discovered it gives me an allergic reaction. My neck turns red and stings shortly after applying it, something that’s never happened to me with creams or other perfumes. I guess that’s why the brand stopped distributing it. What a pity, because it’s a really great fragrance.
For L’erbolario’s 45th anniversary, they brought back some bestsellers, and I tried this almond one—it was exactly what I was looking for: it smells like the L’Occitane almond line but in a perfume. It’s realistic and delicious, transporting me to Sicily with its almond paste granita. Beautiful, creamy, and velvety; I bought it for winter, but today I couldn’t resist the heat and wore it anyway. It’s not overwhelming; it reminds me of Armani’s Terra di Gioia: warm, sunny, comforting, without being overly sweet. Afraid it might run out (it’s a limited edition), I grabbed another travel-sized bottle. Try it if you can, and buy it if you love almond scents.
