  Excellent perfume. A very powdery floral iris with slightly orangey sensations at first and some earthy/woody dry-down notes. To be specific, it’s quite similar to Armani Privé’s Cuir Zerzura but less sweet.

  Just received a sample of this perfume. I applied it first, then looked up the notes. My first impression is that it smells like flour and freshly cut carrots. Now that I see the bottle, I wonder if that was intentional xD

  Don’t let it smell like paper; it evolves beautifully on the skin. Works better in the cold; if it’s winter but you’re inside a heated room, it loses its charm. I can’t quite explain it, but with a bit of warmth, a woody leather note dominates everything and the rest fades away, especially the iris, which is what makes it special for me. For me, the violet stands out more than the iris. The spray mechanism is terrible or I got a defective bottle. I fill my own decant and apply from there, and it smells much better. Plus, for me, it improves if you apply it close to the skin, making it feel more concentrated.
