Pure flower, nothing more. I know it’s hard to innovate in this genre, but given Papillon’s level and reputation, I expected more. The longevity is average for a niche scent and the sillage is almost non-existent. For me, one of the less interesting fragrances from the house.

Hera de Papillon is a great perfume, supremely natural with top-tier ingredients. Although it’s named after a Greek goddess, it lacks the fiery character you’d expect from an irascible deity. I was hoping for something livelier, brighter, with more rose and jasmine. On my nose, the vegetal notes dominate: the orris root (handled exquisitely), narcissus, and musk. It’s natural, pleasant, and calming. I recommend giving it a try, though it leaves me a bit underwhelmed, perhaps due to my high expectations after seeing the name.

Papillon’s Hera is a great perfume, incredibly natural with top-tier ingredients. Although it’s named after the Greek goddess, it lacks the character you’d expect from an irascible deity. I hoped for something livelier, brighter, with more rose and jasmine. On my skin, the vegetal notes dominate: exquisitely treated iris root, narcissus, and musk. It’s natural, pleasant, and calming. I recommend trying it, though it leaves me a bit underwhelmed, perhaps due to my expectations after the name.

Incredible that there are no reviews yet. I know it’s hard to find in Andorra, but ordering it was a breeze for me. I bought it for my wife, and honestly, I think I like it more than she does, haha. It smells like a wildflower meadow in the mountains. If you love spring in the mountains, it might hit you the same way it did me. Highly recommended, very good.
