Descripción
Fresh Cream by Philosophy is an aromatic fragrance from the olfactive family, created by perfumer Alberto Morillas and launched in 2013. This composition, designed for men and for women, unfolds an olfactive pyramid that begins with top notes of bergamot and lemon, evolving into a heart of jasmine and water lily. The base rests on a creamy and woody foundation that adds warmth and longevity, defining a versatile and enveloping essence.

As the name suggests: fresh cream. It smells exactly like whipped cream straight from the fridge. It’s similar to Malizia Bon Bons’ Milk Shake, but this one is less synthetic and more literal. It truly smells like whipped cream, vanilla, and sugar.

I imagined it sweet and tender, but it smells like pure granulated white sugar. It felt cheap and I didn’t like it at all.
It starts with an Irish cream scent, but cheaper and stronger due to the alcohol. It’s the one that’s been hardest for me to smell; it lasts a breath, just seconds on the skin. The only thing I notice is a very soft hint of fine custard. I’m not sure if it’s my pH or if it serves as a base, because even the paper I sprayed it on evaporated in seconds. The vanilla gives those custard notes, but it fades away before anything else.
On my skin, it comes out as a Victoria’s Secret-style body mist vanilla, then the whipped cream appears, dry like the white frosting on a wedding cake. I don’t love vanilla, but if you do, it will surely work for you. The performance is decent.
As a lover of milky notes, I loved it. Smells like fresh whipped cream with a touch of sugar. Sometimes it reminds me of baby formula, that mix of powdered milk, coconut, and chocolate. Be careful, because on some skin it turns rancid, like sour milk. But in my case, it was lucky: it lasted over 7 hours, though very skin-scented. Ideal for sleeping or mixing with another fragrance.

Be careful, because on some skin it turns rancid, like sour milk. But in my case, it was luck: it lasted over 7 hours, though it clung very close to the skin. Ideal for sleeping or mixing with another fragrance.
I bought the lotion and shower gel because they don’t carry the perfume here. It smells like clean, sweet whipped cream with a very light vanilla touch. I thought it would be fresher, but it’s synthetic and simple; it reminds me of Bath & Body Works but without the fruits. It works for me, though it’s nothing spectacular or as good as other whipped creams I’ve tried.

I have it in cream form and it literally smells like milk with sugar, nothing else. I didn’t feel the vanilla note I was expecting, so it’s exactly what the label says.
