This new release pairs bright citrus and green tones with a deep backdrop of woods, resins, and smoke.
The opening blends bergamot, black tea, patchouli, Egyptian papyrus, and cypress. Bergamot lifts the mix, while tea, papyrus, and cypress shape a dry, green, herbal edge.
The heart centers on tobacco, incense, vetiver, and dew drop. Warm tobacco and incense meet cooler vetiver and a watery touch, like damp undergrowth beneath resinous warmth.
The base layers cashmere wood, sandalwood, cedar, pine, and fir. Benzoin and elemi resin soften the woods with balsamic sweetness.
Geosmin and smoke add earth and faint firewood in the drydown. The picture is a conifer forest after rain, fresh yet grounded.
Across the wear, amber, balsamic, warm spicy, aromatic, tobacco, woody, sweet, smoky, citrus, and conifer facets alternate. The path moves from luminous to shaded and resinous.
