  Today I’m talking about @haroldetmaudeparis, a new high-end perfumery brand that’s already generating buzz thanks to its quality and unique creations. DÉLICIEUSEMENT LUMINEUSE is an eau de parfum that greets you with my favorite white flowers. The valley lily, fresh and luminous, blends herbal and wet notes with jasmine, leaving a freshness and a sweet touch before transitioning into a romantic rose. The balance between them is perfect, each giving its best in a feminine trail that later takes an unexpected turn toward unisex. This floral trio is well-known, but at the heart of the composition everything changes, smelling distinct and exquisite. The rose mixes with the white flowers, and its powdery, sensual scent takes center stage. As I detect spicy and peppery nuances that blend well, I realize I’m smelling cloves—that olfactory surprise that elevates the fragrance and lingers for hours with great projection. Spicy, exotic, and almost woody, it gets caught by the sweetness and tenderness of the rose, becoming addictive alongside flowers and fruits. Finally, in the base, I detect precious woods intertwined with seductive, nocturnal vanilla, sensual and almost eroticized by everything experienced until the final dry-down, where the musk leaves a carnal yet clean trail alongside the amber, softly balsamic, closing a creation worth knowing because the experience has been unique and surprising.
