Culture de Tabac is an incredible find, another gem from the house alongside its Tabac Original, though they belong to different worlds. The beautiful box reflects the scent: a sunset in a forest with a temple in the background. It’s an unfiltered, super-natural green, like a burst of air vibrating through the woods; it smells like leaves, grass, and ferns—very fresh, reminiscent of Cool Water but greener. The opening is glorious, with orange citrus notes accented by green and floral touches, basil, geranium, a subtle pine, and oakmoss with patchouli adding great depth. It projects well and lasts a long time; feeling that natural freshness all day is unbeatable. It reminds me of the masterpiece Knize Forest. It’s sold at ridiculous prices on eBay, but it’s still in production and easy to find online. Mine seemed a bit old, but Tabac is reliable enough to take the risk. If you love herbal scents and Cool Water, don’t miss this. Rating: 9/10
