A sweet, youthful fragrance, perfect for everyday wear. The fresh strawberry comes through well, and the dry-down is soft, nothing cloying. Could be a great blind buy if you like sweet scents.
It’s sweet and youthful, ideal for daily wear. The fresh strawberry feels good and has a soft dry-down, nothing cloying. It could be a good blind choice if you love sweet fragrances.
As a lover of sweet scents, I hesitated seeing the notes because of the rose, but I bought it blind. It’s a delicious fruity explosion; the strawberry isn’t synthetic, sometimes smelling like juicy cherry or red apple. It might remind you of a powdery room freshener but smells rich. It’s sweet but not tiring thanks to the cedar, which gives warmth and a slight earthy touch. Maybe the rose dominates 10%, I don’t smell it much. It lasts about 6 hours, not bad; it’s addictive so I reapply at 5. Projection is medium for the first hour then drops. I’m happy I bought the big bottle.
I’m a huge fan of sweet scents and hesitated when I saw the notes because roses usually don’t work for me, but I bought it blind and it’s an absolutely delicious fruity bomb. The strawberry doesn’t smell synthetic; sometimes it reminds me of cherry or juicy, sweet red apple. It can recall a powdery bath bomb, but it smells rich. Even though it’s sweet, it’s not cloying thanks to the cedar wood that adds warmth and an earthy touch without dragging it into darkness. Maybe the rose barely registers at 10% and you don’t even notice it. It lasts about 6 hours and is addictive, so I reapply at 5. Projection is moderate at first and then fades. Happy with the large bottle.
I was gifted a mini when restocking my No. 5. Maybe because I’m young, perfumeries often give Coach samples. The salesperson told me to try it to see if it changed ‘that old lady smell’. From that moment on, Love Eau De Parfum couldn’t have been more appealing. I know it was the salesperson who said No. 5 smells old, but that predisposed me. LEDP is youthful, yes, but it’s one of the best I’ve smelled on the market. The strawberry smells wild, the rose very natural and juicy, and the cedar provides the backbone. Many youthful perfumes lack a solid base and fade; this has structure. I don’t detect synthetic notes, although with only three notes there’s not much more. I highlight the wild strawberry for that juicy touch. Paired with the sweet rose, it creates a false note that seems like honey, made from strawberry and rose juice. It’s a great option with rose for those who don’t get along with that note, explored in youthful facets. It’s a rose bathed in dew, a freshly opened bud in the morning. No dark, sensual, powdery, or incense-like touches; it feels a bit greeny, which is normal for a youthful rose. I wouldn’t judge any woman who wears it; it’s harmless and incapable of offending anyone. I’d recommend it as a gift for a young girl instead of unbearable sugary bombs. Presentation: 6/10 (pretty and practical, but won’t blow hats off). Longevity: 7/10 (8-10 hours on skin, several days on clothes; I won’t give it more because it’s an EDP and 8 hours is its minimum). Sillage: 5/10 (moderate to soft for the first 4-6 hours, then intimate). Originality: 4/10. Versatility: 8/10 (could be a wildcard for young people, wouldn’t clash unless maybe at a party). Season: All year except very cold days, but if it’s your signature, it’s not worth leaving for the cold. Personal taste: 6.5/10. Would I buy again?: I don’t think so.
I’m head over heels.
If you like shampoo-style strawberry scents, this is for you. It’s linear and the strawberry is noticeable from the start, even overpowering the red rose; I don’t detect the cedar note. It’s just strawberry and more strawberry. It’s not bad, but not for me; I think a teenager would wear it very well.
At first, lots of sweet, glossy strawberries mixed with a bit of powdery iris and maybe a touch of rose and musk.
Wow! Finally got to smell it today after so long. The scent is identical to ‘fresa pecositas’, very sparkling, juicy, and youthful. It’s a total hit, I’d buy it.
For me, it’s not convenient: expensive, not lasting at all (barely half an hour on skin), no sillage or projection. It’s very sweet, artificial strawberries, without juice or vanilla, just sweet strawberries and nothing else. Very linear and not innovative at all. If it cost half as much, it would be great for daily wear, but since it doesn’t, I prefer other options with better quality and evolution. I don’t miss it at all.
On me, it’s not quite right: it’s expensive, not long-lasting (barely half an hour on skin), with no sillage or projection. Just very sweet strawberries, and although I hate to say it, quite artificial. They don’t feel juicy, vanilla-infused, or offer any interesting twist; just sweet strawberries. Very linear, nothing special, and I insist, too pricey for what it offers. If it cost half as much, it would be excellent for daily wear at any age. But since it doesn’t, I’d choose other options with better evolution and price. If there’s a dupe, go for that. It’s not for me and doesn’t seem innovative enough for the hype. I wouldn’t miss anything without it.
A gorgeous fragrance that fell in love with me at first sniff. I’m not usually a fan of sweet perfumes, but this sweetness is rich and not cloying. It’s linear, but I love it; with good sprays, it lasts 6 or 7 hours on skin and even longer on clothes.
Smells like a strawberry Bubbaloo, a bit powdery. I liked it, although it doesn’t last long on my skin, around 3 hours with light projection. It smells the same the whole time, from application until it fades.
I fell in love at first sniff. Even though I’m not a sweet scent person, this isn’t cloying; it’s rich. It’s linear but performs well: about 6-7 hours on skin and longer on clothes.
I got a sample when buying another perfume and OMG, instant love: sweet, powdery, soft, and strawberry-like.
I was gifted a sample when buying another perfume, OMG, it was love at first sight. Sweet, slightly powdery, soft, strawberry scent.
Exquisite! It smells like those red Koyaks. Powdery dry down, very rich.
Delicious! Smells like those red cassis berries. Powdery dry-down, very rich.
The strawberry feels like strawberry milk, soft and childish. It quickly moves into rose. It’s a pleasant scent, not cloying or juicy like those that make you want to eat it.
I love it, it’s my favorite from my mini collection of 30 perfumes. I adore it, it’s a bit youthful but bright.
Well, I was looking for a perfume for special occasions, but I ended up buying this because I loved it. I agree with others: Coach Love is simple, youthful (almost childish), and fresh. It’s sweet without being cloying, which is vital for me since many give me headaches. The strawberry is the star, but the rose scent clings to clothes and lasts hours; I applied it to my skin, put on a blouse, and it still smelled the next day. I didn’t notice much cedar. It’s perfect for daily wear (youthful, better for college than business), suitable if you’re not going to very formal places. I recommend it if you like strawberry perfumes.
An exquisite sweet fragrance like a strawberry dessert with creamy vanilla. It’s not cloying, leaving a subtle scent on the skin.
I thought I wasn’t into red fruits, but I wasn’t smelling the ‘bright’ fruits. This is fresh, youthful, and avoids those powdery notes that ruin this style. Ideal for teens, going to college, or post-gym. The downside: very short longevity.
It’s true that at first it smells like red Bubbaloo gum and I’d love for that opening to last the whole time. I see it as a daily wear, but it lacks punch. The longevity is good, but I’d want more projection. In Coach Love, the strawberry and woody notes are more noticeable. Would I buy it again? Probably, because there are options with better performance for that price. This is a wildcard for short days or when you’re too tired to know what to wear.
Strawberry and more strawberry, I feel like it’s similar to a disinfectant, makes me sneeze, and isn’t very elegant. I got a sample, it’s not for me, I wouldn’t buy it.
Strawberry and more strawberry, but I smell something similar to disinfectant. It makes me sneeze and it’s not very elegant. I was gifted a sample, it’s not for me, I wouldn’t buy it.
I’m totally in love with it. It smells like any strawberry candy: sushi, paleta, or Bubbaloo. It lasts about 8 hours; the first 3 hours the trail is amazing, then it stays close to the skin.
