  It arrived and left me speechless, though not what I expected. I was looking for something sweet and potent with cherry on full blast like Lost Cherry, but this is a fresh whisper where the red fruit goes unnoticed. It smells amazing; imagine Baccarat Rouge 540 but with cherry: it creates a skin-hugging aura that suddenly surprises you with delicate, elegant almond and amber bursts. It dries down to a light woody amber with cedar and sandalwood, plus a touch of rose and talc that recalls classic colognes but fruitier. The cherry is there, subtle. It perfectly complements Cherry Fever, which is sexy for night; this is its diluted brother, ideal for the office or summer. Moderate longevity (5-6 hours), short but present projection. I was initially disappointed because I expected a Duchaufour bomb, but it’s a risky, artistic perfume that breaks the hype of Lost Cherry versions. Low initial note, but after two days and lowering my expectations, it deserves a good rating. Verdict: Scent 9.5, Longevity 6, Sillage 5, Versatility 7, Originality 9, Overall 9.
