Alright, let me jump in. I just got my first batch of Al Rehab and I’m testing everything as it arrives. Blanc sounded familiar to me, then I remembered I once had a sample of Lacoste L.12.12 White and honestly, it didn’t do much for me—that initial plastic note made me want to wash my arm. Over time, that smell faded, leaving behind a really nice fruity scent that reminded me of Zara 8.0, a fragrance I genuinely enjoy. I tested it on its own for a few days; it lasts about 5 hours at best, something like Zara 8.0 but with a much richer and more potent aroma. The first hour projects so intensely that Zara’s competition isn’t even noticeable; in terms of scent, it absolutely crushes them. In terms of trail, maybe the first hour reaches beyond an outstretched arm. That said, you need heat to activate it, so I recommend it for summer and definitely for daytime. Given its size (roll-on), it’s excellent for keeping in your pocket and applying at work or wherever you are. As for the price, it’s a laugh—about $6 (120 Mexican pesos without shipping). With this, I wouldn’t think of buying 8.0 again unless it’s part of a bundle with 9.0, because Blanc covers that need for something fruity. One thing to note, though: it won’t smell like that characteristic melon-and-mint scent of the Zara fragrance. My rating for Blanc by Al Rehab: 8.5
This fragrance is 90-95% identical to Lacoste L.12.12 Blanc (the white bottle). Since I love the rich, relaxing scent of Lacoste, I combine them: 8-10 sprays of Lacoste and a few drops of the Al Rehab oil behind my ears, on my neck, nape, and forearms. The performance is brutal because, as everyone knows, Lacoste fades in 3-4 hours, almost completely disappearing even on clothes, and has no sillage (at least the new bottles; I don’t know if the old ones were better). By mixing it with this Al Rehab, I get 7-8 hours of longevity, projecting a meter away for 3-4 hours, then settling to skin scent with moderate sillage for the first 2-3 hours. My advice: if you love Lacoste Blanc but get frustrated by its poor performance, mix it with this Al Rehab Blanc and you’ll see the difference. You’re welcome! Almost forgot to mention these Al Rehab fragrances are body oils: the hotter, the better. Body heat activates the scent and boosts projection. If you use it in temperate climates, air-conditioned indoors, or in winter, you won’t get the same results as in summer. I’ve been using Al Rehab Roll-Ons for years and recommend the brand: Silver, Sultan, and Black Champions. In Mexico, you can find them on Mercado Libre for an average of $6 (120 pesos) plus shipping, but shipping is free if you buy 3 or more. Again, you’re welcome! Haha.
I have the 50ml spray and it’s exactly Lacoste Blanc, no more, no less. For the price, it’s an excellent option; it lasts longer than the designer version and projects just as well.

Perfect complement or substitute for Lacoste Blanc. Lacoste Blanc has a totally clean and charming scent, but both its projection and longevity are among the poorest in a perfume. This Al Rehab formula could be 90-95% similar to Lacoste Blanc; personally, I feel it’s a bit greener and fresher, and less floral than Lacoste. But at first, it’s imperceptible. So together, they make a perfect combination: Lacoste for skin and clothes, and a few dabs of Al Rehab behind the ear are pure luxury.
Best dupe or complement to Lacoste Blanc. The original smells clean and great, but its longevity and projection are terrible. This Al Rehab formula is 90-95% identical, though I sense it’s a bit greener, fresher, and less floral than the Lacoste, especially at first. Together, they’re a winning combo: Lacoste on your skin and clothes, and a few dabs of Al Rehab behind your ears. It’s luxurious.
