For me, this and Celeste have been much better than the viral Bianco Latte (which, although it’s a good perfume, feels less original and a bit cloying to me). You can tell the house DNA is similar in both, but this one is a sweet, spiced amber with very subtle rose notes that even rose-phobes might enjoy.

  • My partner’s surprise Christmas gift. The opening is a PEPPER bomb that tickles my nose and I’m not quite into it. After five minutes, it becomes more amber and creamy, with a rose heart that’s not too ripe and a base of woods and patchouli. It has a lot of character and is totally winter-appropriate. It lasts over 10 hours on skin and isn’t for every occasion due to its extreme projection in the first hours. I see it as unisex, though some noses might find it more masculine. Maybe it didn’t create as much hype as Bianco Latte, but it’s a solid creation. Overall, I think this house offers some interesting things.

  • Starts with an intense pink pepper opening that lingers for a while. Then the rose comes through, though it feels a bit artificial. I see this more as a feminine fragrance.

I had to spray another fragrance over this to cover up this awful smell: at first it smells like expired medicine someone forgot at the bottom of a closet.

  • Spiced and clean with a touch of wood. It suits me well and is pleasant, but only for wearing on yourself. It reminds me a lot of the one my mom usually wears.
