Exquisite for autumn and winter. Dates with myrrh, sweet resins, and a touch of light vanilla. Excellent composition, delicious, very oriental, casually elegant, and a bit fun. Totally unisex. One of Lattafa’s best. It reminds me a lot of Penhaligon’s Legacy of Petra; I have them side by side and they share notes. Petra is more elegant and slightly powdery, soft yet powerful and delicious; Ajwaa is more casual and lively thanks to the dates, which give a fleshy, sweet sensation. Lasts about 10 hours, projects 3 inches with great intensity, and fades slowly. The dry down is a sweet mix of dates and plums with myrrh and incense, barely distinguishable from Petra. Super affordable price. Follow me on @ElGrimoriodeCharly YT, FB, Insta, TikTok.

  • The bottle is stunning—a Middle Eastern date palm that combines everything I love: incense, myrrh, and dates. It has the same vibe (though not identical) as Lattafa’s Khamrah and Zara’s Ebony Wood, which are also my favorites.

WORST BLIND BUY OF 2023. Come on, man… This has nothing to do with Dates Delight 🤣🤣🤣 What an insult. It’s super synthetic, with a plastified licorice vibe… Dates?? Please. This is definitely Lattafa’s worst perfume. If it resembles anything, it’s Montale’s Arabians Tonka. Total trash. The relief was taking it off my hands on Vinted.

  • The opening smells exactly like my mother’s classic wax strip hair remover from the 90s. It’s a weird scent, but the dry down is addictive… I still haven’t dared to wear it outside the house because it’s so difficult to handle.

An incredible perfume; you can feel all its notes evolving. It doesn’t resemble anything else, and I know everything you can imagine. Sweet, unisex, and the combination of dates and myrrh creates a feast in this impactful fragrance. Lasts over 12 hours, projects over 3 inches with great intensity, and is perfect for people with strong personalities—a true luxury. I love Lattafa; it never fails, a solid 10. Ignore the negative reviews; always test on skin and draw your own conclusions. I’ve lost several amazing perfumes due to bad reviews, so please try them. And to those who don’t understand perfumery, please don’t confuse people. It’s fine to have an opinion, but the comparisons made in many reviews make no sense.

  • Incredible perfume, you can feel every note evolving; nothing like it, and I know everything. Sweet, unisex, dates and myrrh create a feast. Impactful, lasts over 12 hours and projects more than three feet. Only for people with strong personalities, a true luxury. I love Lattafa, they never fail, it’s a 10. To those who don’t understand perfumery, don’t confuse people with comparisons that make no sense. It’s fine to have an opinion, but those comparisons don’t add up.

  • The dates are noticeable for five minutes, then myrrh and frankincense take over, especially the latter, until it becomes annoying. It smells like when they burn palo santo on the streets or in chapels. A perfume for priests.

Perfect for nights out or dates, not for hot weather. Lasts forever on skin and even longer on clothes. It’s unisex and very well-balanced. Wish I could test it before buying. Goes great with casual or semi-formal outfits. I love it.
