Clive Christian 1872 Woman remains an ode to Queen Victoria, made for her and combinable with the Man due to her love for Prince Albert. It’s a citrus floral with 46 ingredients and 20% fixative. On my skin, it’s pure citrus: lemon, tangerine, and bergamot, with good projection; as it settles, it becomes sweet but maintains its acidic character. Although it’s not as fresh as Hermès, it has a lot of character without being heavy. I’m more into sweet gourmands, but sometimes I want something that takes me out of my comfort zone and makes me feel different; this is perfect because it makes me feel distinguished and special. It doesn’t resemble anything I know, and I don’t know anyone else who owns it. If you can afford the price, you’ll have a majestic bottle decorating your dresser and a unique fragrance that will make you feel like a total experience.

It smells like luxury shampoo and it smells fucking amazing. The citrus and lemon notes last the entire fragrance, blending with that fruity part which is what I notice the most. I’d definitely buy it again for that citrus-fruity touch that’s elegant and versatile, perfect for both going out and everyday wear.
