  Partage is another time-travel experience with nostalgic, decadent, and excessive beauty that surely won’t win over the masses in this era of fruity-chouls and soap-with-caramel scents. Like many old fragrances, this Eau de Toilette has a potency equal to or greater than any current Eau de Parfum; with just two sprays on my wrists, the scent reaches my nose clearly. Seeing the bottle, you already know you have a relic from the past: dark red packaging with a vertical gold stripe, a transparent bottle with golden liquid, and a red cap with gold details. Something created when I was happily pedaling my bike in shorts, and if I’m not mistaken, I smelled it on someone in my family back then. Partage is a chypre with a capital C, a strong bitter-green note that dominates and joins an interesting leather base. I like it. There’s nothing like it today, and although it leans feminine, I think a man with an open mind and confidence could wear it, thanks to soft flowers and warm woods that, after a start with galbanum and a citrus I believe to be bergamot, blend with a moss and vetiver that always leave me speechless when I get the chance to try these perfumes, where elements combine masterfully with an uncommon harmony and depth. Delicate and tough at the same time, it’s a characterful adult perfume that deserves to be acquired by vintage lovers (even if it’s a miniature) before it becomes impossible to find.
