Silvia Martinelli draws inspiration for her Giardini di Toscana perfumes from her aromatic gardens in Tuscany, where the scents evoke deep memories, from moments of childhood and floral hypnosis to the scent of her grandmother’s cookies and sparkling citrus. The gardens of Tuscany blend nature and architecture, embodying a harmonious connection between human art and the land. In 1942, Silvia’s grandparents, Giovan Piero and Emma Ducci, founded a Bottega in a picturesque medieval village in the Casentino Valley. Originally a pharmacy, this small shop evolved into a perfumery that still houses the original recipe book. In the 1960s, her daughter Irma transformed it into a luxury boutique.

Born into this legacy, Silvia now creates the perfumes of Giardini di Toscana, combining traditional craftsmanship with innovation, using the finest raw materials and ancestral techniques.
