I absolutely love this perfume. It retains the DNA of Plum in Cognac but takes a more powdery, atmospheric path. The opening is incense with myrrh and vanilla—super exquisite—then it shifts into a woody, spicy profile, all wrapped in the brand’s signature boozy touch, here with bourbon. The quality from Scents of Wood is excellent, with correct and refined notes from start to finish. To be honest, despite its incredible scent, the performance is modest: moderate sillage and about 8 hours of longevity, definitely not beast mode. The real secret is letting it macerate so the alcohol settles. Super enjoyable, exquisite aroma, and ideal for niche lovers seeking something different.
