  Judging by the few votes, it’s liked but not loved. I’ve wanted it since summer, and while it’s pretty, I was very disappointed by its poor longevity and projection, which are extremely short. Sun Sea Salt & Genista succeeds only in aroma: that’s it. The salty sting was fleeting, the mimosa sweet and honeyed (too much for me), and the broom, which I haven’t smelled since childhood, adds that warm, earthy touch of the Mediterranean fields in full heat (its best quality). More than a summer scent, it’s spring-like; I don’t feel any marine or fresh notes, just floral and sweet, a bit too much. SSSG is ‘too much’: too fleeting (barely lasts an hour and a half with 10-12 sprays, not even on clothes), too weak, bland, and insignificant. Some perfumers create wonders with just three notes, and this isn’t one of them. I have Sunflowers Sunrise on my list, also with mimosa and broom, and I hope it’s more interesting. I would only recommend Sun Sea Salt & Genista to those who are huge mimosa lovers. It’s quite similar to the glycerin and white tea cologne by Heno de Pravia (tested on each wrist); the latter, despite its synthetic opening, is a cheap alternative with much better longevity.

  I was expecting sea salt and mimosa, but it just smells like broom with an undeclared citrus note. The trail is weak and it lasts very little. I absolutely do not recommend it.
