  • Caught me off guard: not the salty caramel gourmand I expected, but something airy, fresh, and clean—marine vibes without calone or fruit. Just a touch of caramel for interest. It evolves beautifully: starts with a spicy lime and pepper top, then salt and an algae note mingle with the caramel. Later, a floral jasmine and laurel take over instead of the algae, which is the most elegant and classic part. Finally, only the caramel remains, light and not heavy. On my skin, it lasts 7-8 hours with moderate projection and is unisex. It’s original, unique, and perfect for heat, right between classic and casual. I like this house’s offerings; it’s one of my favorites from the discovery set. Scent: 8/10, Longevity: 7.5/10, Sillage: 6.5/10, Value: 5/10, Versatility: 6/10, Packaging: 7/10. Would I buy it again? No, I didn’t purchase it.

  • It caught me off guard. I was expecting a salty gourmand and super sweet scent, but it’s exactly the opposite: a clean, fresh, airy marine fragrance, without calone or fruit, with a very subtle caramel touch that adds interest. It evolves a lot: it starts sparkling with lime and pepper, then the salt and an algae-like scent arrive with the caramel. Later, the floral jasmine and aromatic laurel take over, removing the marine vibe; that phase is the most elegant and has a classic air. Over time, it sweetens until it’s almost just the caramel, which weighs nothing. On my skin, it lasts about 7-8 hours with moderate projection and is totally unisex. Like others from the house, I find it very original and particular, ideal for heat, a middle ground between classic and informal. In my experience, this brand makes fragrances with character, and this has been one of my favorites from the discovery set. • Sea Salt – Caramel is, in my opinion, the most interesting part of Bohoboco. Although Taurien already described it perfectly, I wanted to test it on my own skin. It’s incredible how salt, marine notes, and caramel blend so well; far from being repulsive, it’s a pleasant experience. Imagine it like this: just out of the shower, eating dulce de leche, and feeling the spray of a wave breaking on the beach. It’s clean, citrusy, salty, marine, and caramelized, without being over the top and very balanced. On my skin, it evolves into wood; the citrus fades quickly, the marine notes mix with the salt until settling into the caramel, which never gets cloying and maintains a special brightness, ideal even in heat (not extreme). I’ve never been a huge fan of these blends, but I admit it’s original, high-quality, and offers an excellent wearing experience, so I’d consider buying it. It feels informal, perfect for dates, unisex, and has very good performance. Note: 8.5/10 Tested with official sample.

  • Sea Salt – Caramel is the most interesting release from Bohoboco; even though it was explained perfectly before, I want to share my skin experience. It’s incredible how salt, sea, and caramel blend so well: far from being weird, it’s very pleasant. Imagine just out of the shower, eating dulce de leche while the waves crash on the beach. It’s clean, citrusy, salty, and caramelized without being excessive or off-putting. On my skin, it evolves into wood; the citrus fades quickly, the marine notes mix with the salt, and it settles into a caramel that never gets cloying and keeps its brightness, ideal even in heat (not extreme). I’m not usually a fan of these blends, but I admit it’s original, high-quality, and offers an excellent experience. I’d consider buying it. It feels informal, great for dates, unisex, and performs well. Rating: 8.5/10. Tested with an official sample.
