The sample just arrived and wow, it’s practically identical to the vintage One Man Show by Jacques Bogart—I’m speechless. In Bogart’s, the pine needles dominate, but here in Raffaello it’s the Artemisia (absinthe) that shines: a green, resinous, slightly sweet note with deep citrus undertones. It seems very long-lasting; while it doesn’t quite match the projection of One Man Show, its trail is very noticeable for the first few hours. It’s an all-terrain scent, a signature for well-established personalities who know their goal and want to move through their field with clarity. It has a caramelized, soapy, and patchouli-like halo—indescribable but essential if it hits at the right moment.
