Honestly, Bois Imperial barely shows up… I get the confusion about that metallic note, but here it’s much stronger and grating. Apart from that, not much resemblance. It’s a curious and different fragrance, worth trying. Oh, correction: there is some similarity, especially at the start and end. The difference lies in the dry down: the original is more aromatic and green, while the Zara version has less evolution and stays sharper throughout.

It’s a curious and different perfume, worth trying. Hey, let me correct myself: it does resemble it a bit, especially at the beginning and the end. The middle is different: the original is more aromatic and green, while the Zara version has less evolution and stays sharper throughout.

It starts sharp, citrusy, and synthetic, like artificial leather with a spicy saffron touch. It has good projection and longevity, smells different from the commercial version, and coming from Zara, it’s a great hit for the price in Mexico. I don’t think everyone will like it, but it’s very distinctive. Ideal for going out at night or in temperate and cold climates.

It smells like the interior of a brand-new car to me… I absolutely love this perfume.

A friend smelled it and reminded me of one from my collection. Upon recalling, I realized it was Ganymede. I went to Zara, and indeed, it’s very similar. The opening is synthetic, but after a few minutes, it becomes a clone that achieves over 90% similarity.
