The brand defines it as the scent of a perfumed man arriving home, taking off his shirt, leaving a mix of salty sweat on his skin with hints of floral, all very pleasant and passion-evoking. It’s beautiful, but what is this smell? It’s an animalic floral with a nearly extinct hyacinth heart, valerian, and Indian neroli. It rests on a soft animalic base that ‘masculinizes’ the flowers and a veil of ambergris that adds a salty, peculiar, and disconcerting touch, hard to explain. Over time, the valerian loses its citrus and anise-like facets, softening the floral without losing it. Performance is good, around 7 to 8 hours, projecting heavily for the first 2 or 3 hours before dropping to skin scent by hour 6 or 7. The evolution is quite linear. The aroma is pleasant and strange, original without feeling like an experiment, niche within niche, potent at first but not heavy. High-quality notes, versatile, an almost unknown gem. If you don’t want to smell like livestock, try this house. For me, a 10/10.

  • Smells amazing and I snagged it for a price that leaves no room for complaints. While it’s not my daily wear style, I sold it quickly and made some extra cash. I didn’t wear it much because these are vintage scents I love to sniff but not wear; they give off a mature man vibe. I think once you’re 45 or 50, this would be the perfect everyday signature. From the first spray, I felt that power and retro touch without being overwhelming, yet with top-notch quality. It reminds me of 90s fragrances with that same punch: Kouros, Barbera, Cuorium, Paco Rabanne Pour Homme, or Drakkar Noir, even though it’s from a different era. The box and presentation are top-tier. I gifted it to my wife, and she loved it. I also tried Animacuiris, liked it, and sold it too. If you like well-made, masculine vintage mossy scents, this is for you (it doesn’t resemble them, but those names came to mind).
