  • At first, it’s a blast of vanilla that seems odd since it doesn’t contain any, then it fades and yields to the sandalwood, which is super sweet… likely from the Amizcle. It settles reminiscent of Manifesto Elixir but with a slightly citrusy touch, perhaps thanks to the roses.

  • At first, I thought it smelled of vanilla, which is weird since it doesn’t have any, but then it fades to reveal the sandalwood, which is super sweet—probably from the Amizcle. It settles similarly to Manifesto Elixir but with a slightly citrusy twist, maybe due to the roses.

Snagged it at a great price. Smells very vintage with that soapy Chanel No. 5 vibe, but the ylang-ylang takes over in the heart. Then it reminds me of 273 Rodeo Drive thanks to the neroli; the two scents work beautifully together. It’s not overpowering or synthetic—just super natural and elegant. It’s linear, softening but not changing. The sillage is short, though the longevity is decent. I recommend it year-round, perfect for the office. Just a note: the 273 lasts longer on my skin, has better projection, evolves, and is more affordable. Maybe the Jean Patou expired and lost some potency, even though I bought it new.

Got it at a great price. Smells vintage with that soapy Chanel No. 5 touch, while the ylang-ylang dominates the heart. Later, it feels like 273 Rodeo Drive because of the neroli; they harmonize perfectly. It’s not strong or synthetic, very natural and elegant. It’s linear, just softening. Short sillage, but good longevity. I recommend it all year round, perfect for the office. Just to clarify, my 273 Rodeo Drive lasts longer, has better sillage, evolves, and even lingers into the next day; it’s more affordable and floral. I’m not sure if the Jean Patou expired and lost some power, even though I bought it new.
