I have the 50ml version; it smells great. Hollister is releasing some really good fragrances at low prices. The only downside is the weak sillage, but if you reapply or overapply with 7 or 8 sprays, it easily lasts 7 to 8 hours…
One of Hollister’s worst fragrances. I tried it and felt nauseous… I wouldn’t recommend it.
A mix of sweet and fresh that really shines right after spraying. Then it settles into a distinct sweet tobacco note if you get close. Sillage is quite low. A great blind buy for informal, everyday use. Perfect for a day out with friends at the beach.
Invictus is indifferent to me, honestly, and it even bothers me a bit. This is a pretty good clone of that fragrance, but certain notes make it more tolerable for some reason. For the price, you can’t ask for more. It’s fine for daily wear—young and affordable. I don’t think I’d wear it myself, plus the bottle looks terrible. Anyway, it’s not a bad fragrance. I liked it more than Invictus, but personally, I’ll probably gift it to someone else.
Hollister Festival Vibes, 2018. My brother got it for me for Christmas 2021, right when I started getting into perfumes. At first, it didn’t grab me; I thought it smelled good enough for daily use and kept using it mostly just to finish the bottle, not because I loved the scent. I’ve read it’s similar to Invictus, but I don’t notice that; to me, it’s very citrusy and synthetic, with no hints of other fragrances. It has some Acqua di Gio vibes but fruitier. Perfect for summer—fresh and casual. Sillage and projection are moderate, so no complaints there. I wouldn’t recommend it since there are thousands of better options at the same price. Rating: 6.5/10.
Works well for everyday wear, especially in mild weather—not too hot or freezing. Lasts about three hours; it’s simple and nice.
