  • Just bought it and I like it: soft scent, a little sweet but not overpowering. Perfect if you prefer soft, slightly sweet perfumes, plus it’s a great price. Edit: I think it’s better than the original.

  • I read it smells better than the original; it’s similar but much improved. I haven’t smelled it yet, but it’s getting better reviews than the classic version, so I’ll definitely buy it. Update: I’ve already smelled it, and it’s true—it smells exactly like the original. I don’t notice any difference, except it’s softer and the bottle feels more feminine. I’m sticking with the original Can Can.

I work in perfumery and have tried both Can-Can versions: they smell identical, except the first one is slightly more intense than the Burlesque. It’s the same fragrance, just a different box and name—pure marketing.

  • Smells like when the Can Can turns yellow and ages; it smells nice, but it’s just not for me.

  • alegleason

It smells very much like the original, but it’s way fruitier, which I think makes it better. At first, it smells like caramel and raspberry. It’s my favorite of Paris’s fragrances. It smells delicious, lasted a long time on blotting paper, similar to Prada Candy and Juicy Couture but much cheaper. I couldn’t stop smelling it.

  • As others have said, it’s similar to the Can Can, but this one felt stronger and a bit too cloying to me.

  • It’s similar to the Can Can, but this one has a raspberry note. I prefer this version over the classic.

  • It’s similar to the Can Can, but in my opinion, this one has a raspberry note; I prefer this over the traditional Can Can.

  • It’s my everyday perfume, very floral with a fruity touch. The only thing I didn’t like at first was that it didn’t last long; I had to reapply it constantly and there was no sillage. Edit: After a few months, I think the sillage is actually medium and the longevity is good—maybe I was just experiencing olfactory fatigue. I’m already on my second bottle.

Paris Hilton never disappoints, from the bottle to the scent, it’s all wonderful. The Can Can Burlesque is similar to the original Can Can but with her own twist—more fruity, less musky. I love it.

Paris Hilton rarely disappoints with her fragrances; from the bottles to the scent, they’re always wonderful. Can Can Burlesque is similar to the Can Can but with her own personal touch: fruitier, less musky, and even more fruity—I love it.

I didn’t like it at all; it’s too cloying on my skin. It has great longevity and projection. It smells nice at first, but after a few hours it turns very woody and powdery.

  • PinkDiamond

The top notes smell like raspberry candies, very sweet. As it settles, it stays sweet but becomes much softer. I like it, though it doesn’t last long and has a light sillage. I’d recommend it for everyday use.

  • KARENESTRADA07

Definitely similar to Can Can but a bit sweeter. It doesn’t last as long as the original on me, and the sillage is moderate, but I love it for daily wear.

  • I picked this up because it came in a kit with lotion and gel. It’s an exquisite scent; on my skin, it opens with a fresh burst followed by sweet, fruity musk. Good longevity—it’s the kind of perfume you don’t need to reapply during the day.

  • Sweet and soft, not overwhelming unless you overapply. The woody and floral notes take over in the dry down. Long-lasting with a moderate sillage. I bought it based on good reviews and it delivers on value. Recommended.

It’s like raspberries wrapped in sweet, soft notes; that’s how I’d define this perfume that surprised me from Paris Hilton. I haven’t tried the original Can Can; they say it’s very similar, but for me, there’s no doubt the inspiration is Britney Spears’ Fantasy, which surpasses this in quality (I don’t know if the same will happen with the original). That doesn’t mean I don’t like it; I’ve loved it and I hope to buy the traditional Can Can soon to see how similar they are. CCB has a youthful style, but I think it’s a mistake to pigeonhole it just for teenagers. I think it’s a good perfume for the day, although I see it as more casual. The longevity and trail are moderate.

  • It feels too dense for my skin. I thought I was over-applying and reduced the amount, but it didn’t work. It overwhelms me; I like sweet scents but this one is cloying and disgusting. I remember it and it still makes my stomach turn. It smells very synthetic and in the end, only the woody notes remain. It has good longevity but is very oily on the skin.

Some say it’s like the traditional Can Can, but I say the difference is that this one is sweet and fruity, while the original is just sweet. I love the bottle; it smells like raspberry caramel with cream. I wear it all the time; the trail is good and it lasts 8 hours. You don’t need to apply much because it can overwhelm those who don’t love gourmand scents. From my side, it’s 100% recommended.

  • From my perspective, this is just adding more sugar to the syrup. Bravo! The Can Can was already one of my favorites, and with this extra touch of sweetness, wow… pure pornography for my diabetic nostrils!

  • It’s like adding more sugar to the syrup, bravo! The Can Can was already my favorite, and with this extra sweetness… wow, it’s pornography for my diabetic nostrils.

  • I love this flanker; it gives the Can Can a fruitier twist. The raspberry is very noticeable and gives it a different vibe from the original. The trail and longevity are excellent; you’ll never go unnoticed.

  • Smells like sweet mango even though it doesn’t list that note. It’s sweet and fruity but not cloying. I find it feminine and a bit childish. The trail and longevity are moderate, but if you apply it stronger, the projection goes up.

  • Reminds me a lot of the classic Can Can: it has the DNA but isn’t as sugary, powdery, or wintery. I love it and I’m going to buy the body mist. The raspberry takes the lead here, super delicious for going out at night.

  • It’s very similar to the classic Can Can, keeping the same DNA but without being so sugary, powdery, or wintery. Honestly, I really like it and plan to get the body mist. The raspberry is super dominant here, super tasty for dates and night outs.

  • Bought it because of the pheromone hype, lol. I can’t wear it alone; I have to mix it with something citrusy to balance it out. The scent is fun and people like it.

  • To me, it’s quite sweet, but in a very pleasant way. It presents itself just right; I detect the raspberry as the star, a sweet raspberry with cream, a delicious aroma. Lasts about 5 hours on skin, definitely worth trying.

  • Smells like raspberry with cream, a pleasant sweetness that isn’t cloying. It’s well-balanced and lasts about 5 hours on skin. Totally recommended.

  • Pleasant fragrance for sweet lovers. I bought it blindly based on reviews, and the only thing that disappointed me is the durability, since Classic Can Can lasts longer and projects better. I use it every day now, and if it runs out, I’ll definitely buy another one, but this time in a set to pair it with the gel and lotion. It’s a very wearable perfume.

  • Sweet and pleasant aroma, but nothing special. I don’t love it, just like it. The worst part is the longevity; it doesn’t even last an hour. I used a 10ml decant and had to spray it many times to smell it, and it finished super fast because it lasts nothing. It should cost a third of what it does.

  • I didn’t like it. Although I loved traditional Can Can in my teens, this smells very synthetic and powdery. I’m sticking with the original. It doesn’t feel youthful at all, but rather childish. It gives me the vibe of a pharmacy body mist. Longevity and projection are moderate; it lasted about 5-6 hours on my skin.

  • I was looking for a raspberry scent and Burlesque delivers… it’s the only note I smell from start to finish (a sigh). It’s been a disappointment; even though it has the raspberry, it’s very insipid and underperforming. I barely smell it after half an hour, to be generous. The trail is extremely low; you have to be within 30 cm to catch it. Don’t buy blindly—not because it’s weak, but so you don’t waste money. Even though it’s cheap, check the performance. (And don’t even mention the pheromones, I see none). I use it as a body mist and won’t repurchase once I run out.

  • I didn’t like it. Even though the traditional Can Can was a perfume I loved in my teens, this one is extremely synthetic and too powdery. I’m definitely sticking with the original Can Can. This scent doesn’t feel youthful at all; it feels childish. It gives me the impression of wearing a pharmacy body mist. The longevity is moderate, same with the sillage; on my skin, it lasted about 5-6 hours.

  • Smells like raspberry all day with the Can Can base. The first time I thought it was the original, but testing both side-by-side, the difference is clear. Burlesque is delicious.

  • What a pity. I bought Burlesque to switch things up, knowing they smell similar. The scent isn’t bad, but the longevity is terrible—less than 3 hours. I’ll use it up and never buy it again. Classic Can Can remains the best and I have to return it to my collection. Not recommended.

  • Such a lovely scent! At first it reminded me of the original Can Can, but then the juicy, slightly tart raspberry really shines through, paired with caramelized notes. I love sweet perfumes and this is a 10. I only have the body mist and I’m surprised by the moderate projection and longevity. 10/10, I’d definitely buy the Eau de Parfum.

  • Heads up: don’t wear this on a plane. People aren’t at fault for smelling like a carnival crossdresser. It gives me motion sickness and makes me want to throw up. Total trash.

  • A fresher version of Can Can, very linear with that bright raspberry and the classic base. It doesn’t bother anyone, except for nostalgics who prefer smelling like a frustrated old-school nightclub. (wink) 👇
