Can Can Burlesque by Paris Hilton

A fresher version of Can Can, very linear with that bright raspberry and the classic base. It doesn’t bother anyone, except for nostalgics who prefer smelling like a frustrated old-school nightclub. (wink) 👇

Such a lovely scent! At first it reminded me of the original Can Can, but then the juicy, slightly tart raspberry really shines through, paired with caramelized notes. I love sweet perfumes and this is a 10. I only have the body mist and I’m surprised by the moderate projection and longevity. 10/10, I’d definitely buy the Eau de Parfum.

Too synthetic 🙁 For the price, I expected more and wouldn’t buy it again.

I didn’t like it. Even though the traditional Can Can was a perfume I loved in my teens, this one is extremely synthetic and too powdery. I’m definitely sticking with the original Can Can. This scent doesn’t feel youthful at all; it feels childish. It gives me the impression of wearing a pharmacy body mist. The longevity is moderate, same with the sillage; on my skin, it lasted about 5-6 hours.

Pleasant fragrance for sweet lovers. I bought it blindly based on reviews, and the only thing that disappointed me is the durability, since Classic Can Can lasts longer and projects better. I use it every day now, and if it runs out, I’ll definitely buy another one, but this time in a set to pair it with the gel and lotion. It’s a very wearable perfume.

To me, it’s quite sweet, but in a very pleasant way. It presents itself just right; I detect the raspberry as the star, a sweet raspberry with cream, a delicious aroma. Lasts about 5 hours on skin, definitely worth trying.

It’s very similar to the classic Can Can, keeping the same DNA but without being so sugary, powdery, or wintery. Honestly, I really like it and plan to get the body mist. The raspberry is super dominant here, super tasty for dates and night outs.

Smells like sweet mango even though it doesn’t list that note. It’s sweet and fruity but not cloying. I find it feminine and a bit childish. The trail and longevity are moderate, but if you apply it stronger, the projection goes up.

Horribly sweet, it gives me cavities. Smells like burnt sugar and is very heavy.

From my perspective, this is just adding more sugar to the syrup. Bravo! The Can Can was already one of my favorites, and with this extra touch of sweetness, wow… pure pornography for my diabetic nostrils!

It feels too dense for my skin. I thought I was over-applying and reduced the amount, but it didn’t work. It overwhelms me; I like sweet scents but this one is cloying and disgusting. I remember it and it still makes my stomach turn. It smells very synthetic and in the end, only the woody notes remain. It has good longevity but is very oily on the skin.

I picked this up because it came in a kit with lotion and gel. It’s an exquisite scent; on my skin, it opens with a fresh burst followed by sweet, fruity musk. Good longevity—it’s the kind of perfume you don’t need to reapply during the day.

The top notes smell like raspberry candies, very sweet. As it settles, it stays sweet but becomes much softer. I like it, though it doesn’t last long and has a light sillage. I’d recommend it for everyday use.

Paris Hilton rarely disappoints with her fragrances; from the bottles to the scent, they’re always wonderful. Can Can Burlesque is similar to the Can Can but with her own personal touch: fruitier, less musky, and even more fruity—I love it.
