At first it smells like alcohol, but within seconds it transforms: you can detect the cypress, lavender, and oud. As it dries down, it leaves an amber base that’s spicy and very well-balanced. The vanilla and juniper berries are nearly imperceptible, but I assume they’re there. It’s a woody scent with a sweet and spicy drydown. It’s correct, doesn’t clash, and is very pleasant. Discreet, with moderate trail, projection, and longevity. I see it as ideal for everyday wear and the office: versatile, slightly heavier for men, suitable for both formal and casual settings, and good for all seasons except winter since it’s light. It lasts 3 to 4 hours with a moderate trail for the first hour, then leaves a pleasant personal bubble for another three hours. By the end, you only notice it if someone gets very close. Good scent, but mediocre performance. Scent 6.5/10, Trail 4.5/10, Projection 4.5/10, Longevity 4/10
