  I hate it. It smells weird, like a strong perfume from an older lady trying to get attention.

  A delicate white and pink bottle that fits perfectly with its bouquet of flowers and spices. It’s sophisticated, romantic, and feminine. An exquisite, innocent harmony that lasts hours, honoring the classic while adding a subtlety that makes it very modern. On the skin, hyacinth and orange blossom blend quickly with roses, lilies, and jasmine, which lingers until the end on cedar. The incense and sandal are subtle but enough for that simple, special elegance that defines an Anais. I won’t assign an age; you just need to know how to wear it without overdoing it. In short: absolutely recommended.

  One of the few times a reinterpretation doesn’t betray the original but updates it without losing its essence. It’s the same Anais Anais from my childhood, but without that balsamic/sour dry-down, with richer nuances. It starts sparkling, almost aldehydic, then settles into a pure, innocent floral. Lily of the valley, hyacinth, and I think artemisia based on the box. Congratulations to Cacharel for this respect in the reformulation.

  It’s powdery, floral, and clean, slightly mature. Hyacinth with white flowers, incense, and wood dominate. A classic 90s floral.

  Come on, it smells like pure Cacharel: definitely includes jasmine, but I wouldn’t buy it because it’s too powdery and serious.
