My name is Maria Taraf, and my romance with perfume began amid the vibrant souks of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. There, the rich tapestry of aromas sparked a lifelong passion for authentic fragrances. Years later, after I settled in Australia, a deep longing for my Levantine roots inspired me to create scents that captured those precious memories. However, traditional spray-based perfumes weren’t ideal for some of my loved ones with allergies. This led me on a path of discovery: the world of natural perfumery and the potential of solid fragrances. Made with nourishing coconut oil and beeswax, these solid perfumes offered a beautiful alternative. After months of experimentation, I formulated three unique aromas—Evoke, Enchant, and Entice—and the reactions were magical. The joy and the connection people felt with these fragrances fueled my determination to share them with the world. But I knew that exceptional quality deserved exceptional partners. That’s why I collaborated with perfume experts in France, drawing on their expertise to refine and elevate my creations.
